The general terms and conditions of Hanver Services BV apply to all agreements between the client and Hanver Services BV.
By registering, the participant acknowledges having read and accepted the general terms and conditions. The agreement that is established upon registration by the client may be terminated at any time in accordance with the Hanver general terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Application
These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements between the client and Hanver Services BV. By registering, the client declares full acceptance of these terms.
2. Definitions
Hanver Services BV: the service provider, headquartered at Geuzesmissestraat 25 B, 8880 Ledegem, Belgium, VAT BE 0875.956.124.
The client: the natural or legal person entering into an agreement with Hanver Services BV.
The participant: the person who actually takes part in the lessons (may be the same as the client or a third party).
Agreement: any registration for a training, course, or series of lessons.
3. Registration
The agreement is established upon registration by the client via telephone, email, website form, or a third party.
4. Payment
The participation fee must be paid in full via bank transfer before the start of the first lesson, according to the instructions received by email.
Hanver operates paperless: all communication takes place via the email address provided by the client upon registration.
For each payment reminder sent by email, an administrative fee of 10 EUR incl. VAT will be charged.
For each reminder sent by SMS, a fee of 5 EUR incl. VAT will be charged.
If payment is still not made after 3 reminders, a third party will be engaged for collection. All resulting costs are borne by the client.
5. Cancellation and Withdrawal
Cancellations must be made in writing by email to typelessen@hanver.be.
Cancellation between registration and 7 days before the first lesson: fixed fee of 40 EUR incl. VAT.
Cancellation between 7 days before and 2 working days before the first lesson: 50% of the invoice amount will be charged as administrative costs, unless a valid medical certificate is provided.
Cancellation on the first lesson day or the working day before the first lesson: non-refundable. With a valid medical certificate, the child may join a later online course series.
The cancellation fee must be paid immediately. If not, the same reminder procedure as described in Article 4 applies.
6. Lessons and Trial Lessons
Each lesson is part of a structured program. Trial lessons are not available. The course fee applies to the full package.
7. Changes to Lesson Dates
If a school organizes activities that prevent a scheduled lesson, this must be reported to Hanver at least two weeks before the first lesson. In all other cases, missed lessons will be replaced with online lessons.
8. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, Hanver reserves the right to conduct lessons fully or partially online, without any compensation being owed by Hanver.
Force majeure includes but is not limited to: strikes, pandemics, epidemics, quarantines, fire, war, blockades, extreme weather conditions, illness of the teacher(s), or any other circumstance that hinders the normal operation of Hanver.
9. Liability
Hanver is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the course, unless caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of Hanver.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Hanver processes personal data of clients and participants in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please consult our privacy policy at www.hanver.be/privacy.
11. Complaints and Disputes
Complaints about the service must be submitted in writing within 7 days after the relevant incident.
Belgian law applies to this agreement. In case of disputes, only the courts of the judicial district of West Flanders, division Kortrijk, are competent.
