At Hanver we attach great importance to the protection of the privacy of all persons from whom we collect data. We treat and secure this data with the utmost care, in accordance with the applicable legislation in Belgium.

We make every effort to protect the personal data provided to us against loss, destruction, disclosure, unauthorized access or improper use.

In this privacy statement we explain who we are, when and why we need your personal information, what information we collect, how and for how long we process them, who we can pass on to them, what your rights are and how you this can exercise.

This privacy statement is meant for you when you:

be a contact person with one of our clients, customers or customers of one or more services

a private individual who purchases or wishes to purchase services

be a contact person at one of our suppliers;

The following companies (jointly referred to as Hanver): Hanver Services BVBA having its registered office at Geuzesmissestraat 25B, 8880 Rollegem-Kapelle and Hanver Coaching BVBA having its registered office at Lintseheide 22, 2860 Sint-Katelijne-Waver, are each responsible for the processing of your personal data. We collect your data as soon as you provide us with your data. You can do this by e-mail, text message, orally, by telephone, at an event, during a course, ... by handing over your business card, via our form on the website or in any other way possible.

We may also collect your data if it has been made publicly available, or if you have made it publicly on public / social media (eg LinkedIn, Facebook) and it appears that you are the right contact person for us to talk to. as part of our service.

We collect your personal data for the purposes listed below and will not use this information for other purposes without informing you in advance and, if necessary, requesting your permission.

We use your data in the context of the presentation and execution of our services to you or your company or organization, for the presentation and development of joint projects, partnerships, for the protection of interests of Hanver or in the context of your service as a supplier or consultant. .

More specifically, we use your personal data to, where appropriate,

to provide you with information about the service and other activities of Hanver and to better tailor it to your needs and wishes or those of your company or organization;

to enter into a business relationship with you or your company or organization, to conclude and maintain a service agreement and to enable its implementation;

exchange information with you about our offer as well as invoicing and accounting processing;

contact you for commercial offers, newsletters, events or workshops;

to contact you for taking references;

to be able to contact your public institution (government, university, professional federation, etc.) in order to represent the interests of Hanver

to monitor and measure the quality of our services. To this end, we or a third party appointed by us can ask you to participate in surveys and use and process the information obtained to improve the quality of our services;

to guarantee operational safety. We can monitor the activities in our systems to prevent misuse of information from our databases and protect our interests and those of all individuals included in our databases;

to allow you to exercise your rights (see further under point H) and to prove afterwards that we have acted on these rights.

We use and process your personal data according to the type of processing, based on:

our (pre) contractual relationship: when we negotiate or conclude an agreement with you or with your company or organization, we need a number of data from you or from the people involved in your company or organization to be able to submit an appropriate offer and to prepare, prepare and then implement correctly. If you do not want your personal data processed in this context, it is not possible for us to enter into or execute the service.

the legitimate interest of Hanver or a third party: if necessary, we use your data to meet legitimate interests of Hanver or third parties. We initially process your personal data that are necessary to enable the correct execution of our services: your name and first name, your position (title), your professional address and your professional contact details (telephone or mobile phone number and / or e -mail address).

For private customers, this is your private address and the contact details you have chosen for us (telephone or mobile phone number and / or e-mail address). In addition, we also need a date of birth and the gender of participant / consumer.

Additional information is not always necessary but may be desirable in the context of expanding our business relationship or to better tailor our services and our commercial actions to your interests, wishes and needs.

Other data are completely optional and are solely aimed at maintaining a good personal relationship with you (eg your hobbies, ...). If you choose to share this type of personal information with us, we can process it in our database.

You should always notify us of any change to your personal data as quickly as possible.

Only if necessary for the realization of the objectives mentioned under point C, for the execution of the agreement existing between us, the fulfillment of a legal obligation (of Hanver or of a third party) or the representation of a legitimate interest (of Hanver or from a third party), Hanver can transfer certain of your personal data:

to all other companies of the Hanver group in Belgium for:

the achievement of the objectives of our business relationship;

internal services (administrative tasks invoicing, customer and supplier accounting, debtor management, ...);

Your personal data will not be sold, rented or made commercially available to third parties, except with your prior consent.

Hanver may sell activities or assets in the development of Hanver's activities. In case of a sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, your personal data and other information may be part of the transferred assets.

Your personal data will be kept for the time needed to implement the objectives as described under point C and for compliance with our legal obligations.

Hanver makes every effort to optimally protect your personal data against unauthorized use. We do this on the basis of physical, administrative and technological measures.

For example: only authorized persons have access to our offices and our systems and access is limited to the systems they need for professional reasons. These people must know and apply our internal privacy and data protection policies. Insofar as data are provided to third parties, Hanver agrees with these third parties that they also provide optimum protection of personal data.

Hanver processes your personal data in accordance with the provisions of this privacy statement. As a party involved you have a number of rights that you can exercise at any time.

You can exercise the following rights:

Right of objection

You can oppose the processing of your personal data. You can only do this against a processing that takes place on the basis of the legitimate interests of Hanver or a third party (see above in point C). In the exercise of this right you will have to indicate in the form against which processing you make an exact objection and for which specific reasons. This is necessary in order to be able to make a correct weighing of interests.

Objection against the use of your e-mail address for newsletters, promotions and marketing campaigns of Hanver, you can easily exercise yourself. You always have the option to unsubscribe in every e-mail you receive from us in this connection.

Right of Inzage

You can ask for information about whether or not to process your personal data. If this is the case, you can request the following information: the processing purposes, the categories of personal data we retain from you, the categories of recipients (third countries or international organizations), the retention periods or the criteria for determining them; rights, other sources of origin of your data and the existence of automated decision-making. When providing this information, we must always take into account the rights and freedoms of other persons.

Right to rectification (improvement and supplement)

You can ask to rectify or supplement all inaccurate or incomplete (personal) data that you believe is correct. When exercising this right you will have to indicate in the form which information you want to correct or supplement.

Right of transferability

You have the right to have Hanver transmit the personal data you have personally provided to Hanver in electronic form to yourself (via the e-mail address you specify in your application form) or to another controller designated by you (via his e-mail address). -mail address you specify in your application form).
